30-day returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable.
How to start a return
Email cihancs089@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return, and we'll send you return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and send a free replacement or full refund.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — free replacement or full refund, your choice.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange (for example, a different ring size) is to return the original item and place a new order.
