30-day returns
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Email hello@aurellejewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions.
Refund timing
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
