Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026. Aurelle ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Not Real Dreams LLC, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.

Information we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided), and order details. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor (Shopify Payments / PayPal) and are never stored on our servers. When you browse, we automatically collect basic device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) through cookies and analytics to keep the store working and improve it.

How we use your information

To process, fulfill and ship your order; to communicate with you about your purchase; to provide customer support; to detect and prevent fraud; and, if you opt in, to send marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the store — our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, and shipping carriers — and only to the extent required to fulfill your order. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings or our cookie banner where shown.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may opt out of marketing at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, to delete, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — and we do not sell your data. To exercise any right, email cihancs089@gmail.com.
